Fondazione has a government and control system based on five company bodies:

• The Board of Governors establishes the programs, priorities and goals of Fondazione and verifies the results. It is the body responsible for approving the balance and any changes to the By-Laws.
• The President is the legal representative, and chairs the Board of Governors and the Board of Directors.
  The President currently in office is Gilberto Muraro.
• The Board of Directors is responsible for the routine and extraordinary management and carries out tasks involving the proposal and encouragement of Fondazione’s activities.
• The Board of Statutory Auditors plays a supervisory role, verifying that Fondazione complies with the law and the By-Laws, as well as the principles of correct administration. It also verifies the adequacy of the organizational, administrative and accounting structure adopted by Fondazione and ensures its effectiveness.
• The General Secretary guides the operational structure and ensures that the resources are managed correctly, the accounting records and ledgers of Fondazione are kept correctly and carries out all the necessary proceedings for the decisions made by the Board of Governors and Board of Directors. He or she participates in the Board of Governors and Board of Directors without the right to vote.
  The General Secretary currently in office is Roberto Saro.
